We are delighted when our customers send such lovely messages back about our service and beautiful products. We try our very best to make sure our customers receive a fantastic service....but we do sometimes fall short when deliveries are late or products are damaged. This is unfortunately out of our hands, but we do still appreciate the feedback and whether positive or negative, this helps us to continually improve the overall service to our customers.
